Quick Checks Before Anything Else
Before digging into a specific problem, give the basics two minutes. A good share of support chats end with one of the simple steps below, and each takes seconds. They apply whether you’re stuck at the login screen, the cashier or a game that won’t start.
- Refresh the page. A full reload clears a lot of temporary glitches, especially when the site has been open for hours.
- Update your browser. Older versions struggle with live dealer streams and modern cashier pages.
- Turn off ad blockers and VPNs. Blockers can hide buttons, and a VPN can make it look like you’re outside Australia, which may trigger account restrictions.
- Check your connection. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or vice versa.
- Log out and back in. This refreshes your session, balance and bonus status.
When to contact support
If the quick checks don’t help, live chat is the fastest option. It runs 24/7 with a median first reply of about a minute. Email answers within 4 hours and suits document questions, and the help centre holds more than 120 articles.
Have your registered email address, the time the problem started and any error message handy. A screenshot often halves the time to a fix.
Account security basics are in our login guide, the terms summary explains account rules, and our review rates support 9.1 out of 10. All checks done and everything working? Head back to the casino.
When Your Login Fails

Login problems fall into three buckets: the wrong details, a temporary lock, or an account restriction. The on-screen message usually tells you which one you’re facing, so read it carefully before trying again.
Wrong details
- Passwords are case-sensitive; check Caps Lock and your keyboard language.
- Browser autofill may be entering an old password. Type it in manually.
- Make sure you’re using the email address you registered with. There’s no username.
- Still not sure? Use Forgot password. The emailed link expires after 30 minutes, and only the newest one works.
Temporary lock
Five wrong attempts lock the account for 15 minutes. The lock lifts on its own, and more attempts won’t speed it up, so request a reset and wait.
Two-factor code rejected
Codes refresh every 30 seconds, so enter the current one quickly. If every code fails, your phone’s clock has probably drifted; set the time to update automatically and try again.
| Message | Next step |
|---|---|
| Incorrect email or password | Retype manually or reset |
| Temporarily locked | Wait 15 minutes |
| Restricted or suspended | Check verification, time-out or self-exclusion |
A restriction isn’t the same as a lock. It may mean verification is pending, or that a time-out or self-exclusion you set is still running — and those can’t be lifted early. The full routine is in our login guide, the security guide covers 2FA setup and the terms summary explains restrictions. Sorted? Log in again.
When Verification Is Stuck
Documents are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If yours have been sitting longer than that, the problem is almost always the image rather than the document itself.
Common reasons for a rejection or delay
- Cropped edges: all four corners of the ID need to be visible.
- Glare or blur: flash on a laminated card or driver licence can wipe out the key details.
- Old proof of address: utility bills and bank statements must be dated within the last 3 months.
- Name mismatch: the name on the document has to match the account exactly, including a recent change of surname.
- Screenshots of PDFs: upload the original file wherever possible.
How to get it moving
- Check your account messages and email for a request for something specific.
- Retake the photo on a dark, flat surface in daylight, without flash.
- Upload a full page rather than a cropped section.
- Ask live chat to confirm the documents have arrived and are in the queue.
Payment-method proof is only needed when requested. If you’re asked, show the card’s first six and last four digits and cover the numbers in between.
Source-of-funds questions are a separate step and can follow larger deposits. Answer them promptly to keep the cashier open. Why these checks exist is explained on our licences page, the terms summary covers when they apply and the login guide covers your first sign-in. Verified? Make your first deposit.
When a Deposit Is Declined or Missing

A declined deposit is annoying, but the reason is usually simple and nothing has come out of your balance. Run through the list below before trying the same payment again, because repeated attempts can set off your bank’s fraud checks.
Most common causes
- Below the minimum: the minimum deposit is A$30, or A$15 with e-wallets outside the welcome offer.
- Your own limit: a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit you set may already be reached.
- Bank gambling block: several Australian banks let you block gambling transactions in their app. Check whether yours is switched on.
- Name mismatch: the card, PayID or wallet must be in the account holder’s name.
- Verification pending: deposits may be paused until ID checks are finished.
Crypto deposit not showing?
- Waiting on confirmations: the balance updates once the network confirms the transaction, which can take a few minutes on a busy chain.
- Wrong network: USDT and USDC can travel on more than one blockchain. If you used a different network from the one in the cashier, contact live chat with the transaction hash straight away.
- Old address: always copy a fresh deposit address from the cashier rather than reusing one from your wallet history.
| Method | Deposit speed | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard | Instant | Free |
| PayID, Trustly | Instant | Free |
| Skrill, Neteller, Revolut | Instant | Free |
| Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, USDC, Cardano | Instant after network confirmation | Free (network fee may apply) |
| Paysafecard | Instant (no withdrawals) | Free |
If a limit is the reason, think twice before raising it; increases come with a cooling-off period for good reason. Bonus eligibility by method is on the promotions page, payment speeds are scored in our review, and the comparison shows rival cashiers. Fixed? Try your deposit again.
When a Withdrawal Stays Pending
Every withdrawal goes through two stages. First the casino approves it, which happens within 12 hours. Then the payment provider moves the money, and that part depends on the method you picked. Knowing which stage you’re at tells you whether to wait or act.
| Method | After approval |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin, USDT and other crypto | Under 30 minutes |
| Skrill, Neteller, Revolut | Under 1 hour |
| Visa, PayID, Trustly | Up to 24 hours |
| Mastercard | 1–3 days |
| Paysafecard | Not available for withdrawals |
Why a withdrawal may be held
- Verification incomplete: unverified accounts can’t be paid. Upload documents early.
- Active bonus: bonus funds must meet the 35x wagering before winnings from them can be withdrawn.
- Closed loop: money goes back to the method you deposited with. If that was Paysafecard, you’ll be asked to choose another route.
- Limits: the minimum withdrawal is A$30 and the maximum is A$8,000 a day and A$40,000 a month, higher on VIP tiers.
- Crypto address: double-check the wallet address and network you entered; a typo can’t be reversed once sent.
Avoid reversing a pending withdrawal to keep playing. If that option feels tempting, a deposit limit or a time-out is worth setting.
If 12 hours have passed with no approval and no request for documents, contact live chat with the withdrawal reference. Our terms summary covers the withdrawal rules, the review scores payout speed 9.3 out of 10 and the comparison lines up e-wallet payout times. Paid out? Back to the lobby.
When a Bonus Isn’t Credited
A missing bonus nearly always comes down to one skipped step rather than a fault. The welcome offer is 150% up to A$2,500 plus 150 free spins, and it has to be claimed a certain way. Check each point below before contacting support.
The welcome offer checklist
- Opt in at the cashier. The bonus isn’t added automatically; tick or select it before confirming the deposit.
- Deposit at least A$30. Smaller first deposits don’t qualify.
- First deposit only. The welcome offer attaches to the first deposit on your account.
- Eligible method. Check the offer terms on the promotions page before you pay, especially with vouchers.
Missing the Wednesday reload?
The 50% crypto reload up to A$800 only applies to Wednesday deposits made in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, USDC or Cardano, and you still need to opt in. A card, PayID or e-wallet deposit won’t trigger it.
Free spins arrive in stages
The 150 free spins on Big Bass Splash are released as 30 a day for 5 days, each worth A$0.20. Winnings from them are paid as cash with no wagering. If only 30 spins show up on day one, it’s working as intended.
| Deposit | Bonus | Total to play |
|---|---|---|
| A$30 | A$45 | A$75 |
| A$100 | A$150 | A$250 |
| A$2,000 | A$2,500 | A$4,500 |
Keep the bonus rules in mind: 35x wagering on bonus funds within 30 days, a maximum bet of A$7.50 per spin while the bonus is active, and pokies counting 100% while live and table games count 10%. The terms summary explains each rule and our review scores the offer. Opted in correctly? Claim the welcome offer.
When a Game Won’t Load
Games are streamed from the studios that build them, so a loading problem might sit with your device, your connection or, now and then, a single provider.
Step-by-step fix
- Refresh the game window, then reopen it from the lobby.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for the site, then log back in.
- Turn off ad blockers, privacy extensions and VPNs.
- Update the browser, or try a different one.
- Try another game from the same studio. If that fails too, the studio may be down for maintenance.
Live dealer tables
Live games such as Funky Time, Mega Roulette and Speed Baccarat stream video, so they need a steadier connection than pokies. If the picture freezes or the table drops out, move closer to the modem or switch to mobile data. Lowering the stream quality in the table settings helps on a weak signal.
- A bet placed before a disconnection is settled by the game server, and the result shows in your history.
- A spin interrupted mid-round usually completes when you reopen the same pokie.
- Your game history lists every round with its outcome, which helps if you need to raise a query.
If a round result looks wrong, take a screenshot and note the time and game name before contacting live chat.
The lobby carries 5,000+ games from 80+ studios, so a temporary outage rarely leaves you short of options. Mobile loading tips are in our login guide, the review covers the library, and the licences page explains RNG testing. Loading again? Pick a game.
